At Hestan, we stand behind the quality of our culinary tools and home products; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unused items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all components to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused Hestan products in their original manufacturer packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
